Welcome to Artful Journaling!

"I'm Not Artistic!"
The truth is, your “inner artist” is far wiser than your inner critic. All you need is the courage to take the first step, start your first page, and you’ll be hooked!

"I Fear the Blank Page!"
That’s where the promopts can help immensely. Each page will be an exciting adventure!

"What if I Mess Up?"
There are no mistakes in Journaling!
Just Have Fun!
The key is to take it one page at a time, trust yourself, and trust the process! We all have an inner critic, but we also have an inner artist and this challenge is about listening to her voice and giving yourself permission to pour your heart and dreams into your journal.
✨ Let’s Get Started! ✨
Welcome to the Artful Journaling Challenge! For the next 20 days, you’ll explore creativity through daily art activities and journaling prompts.
There’s no right or wrong way to do this—just show up, experiment, and enjoy the process. If you can’t answer every question or complete every artwork, that’s okay! Give yourself grace, embrace imperfection, and most importantly… HAVE FUN! 🎨💖

Draw, paint, or collage an ordinary object (a cup of tea, a book, a plant) and make it feel magical with sparkles, swirls, or patterns.

* How can you find more magic in the ordinary?
* What’s something you overlook but are grateful for?

* If you could relive one moment, what would it be?
* What memory do you want to create next?

DAY 15: Wish Upon a Star ⭐💭

DAY 14: Mood Mandala 🎨🌀
Art Activity:
Draw a mandala (a circular pattern) and fill each section with colors, words, or doodles that reflect your emotions.

* How does color help express your emotions?
* What would a "calm and peaceful" mandala look like?

DAY 13: The Tree of Me 🌳💚

DAY 10: Time Capsule Page ⏳📦
Art Activity:
Create a "time capsule" by writing about your current thoughts, dreams, and favorites. Decorate the page with stickers and doodles.
Journaling Ideas:
* What are five things you love right now?
* What is one goal you hope to achieve this year?
* If you could give future-you a message, what would it be?

DAY 9: Doorway to Possibility 🚪✨

Draw or collage a door in your journal. Decorate it with colors, textures, or washi tape. Inside the door, write or illustrate something you want to invite into your life.
Journaling Questions:
* If this door led to your dream life, what would be on the other side?
* What’s one step you can take to open that door?
* What might be holding you back from stepping through?
DAY 8: Torn Paper Landscapes 🌄

Tear pieces of decorative paper and layer them to create a landscape (mountains, ocean, city skyline). Journal about the scene you created.

* If you could add one more word to it, what would it be?

Journaling Questions:
* What is one small thing today that brought you joy?
At the end of 20 days, what patterns do you notice in what you appreciate most?
